Jason Capel finds calling in broadcasting

Jason Capel figured that at age 28 he'd still be playing professional basketball. His back had other ideas. "Three doctors told me to shut it down," he said. So Capel, a former standout at UNC, turned to the post-basketball career he'd long anticipated: television. Capel debuted this season as an analyst on several Raycom ACC telecasts, and he's working the network's pregame and halftime shows during this week's conference tournament. (Daily Press)
