Previewing Washington State

After breezing through the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament, the No. 1-seeded Tar Heels face what should be a stiff test Thursday from No. 4 seed Washington State -- a team that specializes in tough defense and half-court execution. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:27 p.m. at the Bobcats Arena and will be televised by CBS. (Inside Carolina)
