UNC-Washington State preview

UNC assistant coach Joe Holladay admits the statistics seem too unreal to believe. In two NCAA tournament games, the Tar Heels have averaged 111 points, playing a breakneck yet mistake-free brand of offense that’s proved impossible to decelerate. Tonight’s opponent, No. 4 Washington State, on the other hand made it here by slowing down, holding Winthrop and Notre Dame to a combined 81 points on 27.6 percent shooting. (Fayetteville Observer)
