Senior leadership is overrated, at least on one team. Maryland, starting two freshmen and two sophomores, shocked No. 1 North Carolina 81-70 in the women's basketball national semifinal at TD Banknorth Garden on Sunday. Maryland (33-4) beat North Carolina for the second time this season, the lone losses for the Tar Heels (33-2). (Charlotte Observer)
