UNC fans may flood Franklin St., again

Downtown Chapel Hill is always ready to party. This time least year, with the Tar Heels -- the men, that is -- in the Final Four, bar owners in downtown were stocking up on beer and adjusting the picture on their big screen TVs. Now UNC fans are turning to the women's team, which plays tonight in its Final Four. Bar and restaurant owners, too, are pitting their hopes of success on these Heels. (Durham Herald-Sun)
