Well-Heeled: Dean Smith's legacy influences Patriots

The Tar Heels will not be playing in the Final Four this weekend, but George Mason, the team that knocked it out of the tournament, will continue to use UNC's philosophies as it tries to win the national title. Scott Cherry, a member of two UNC's 1993 championship team, is an assistant coach for the Patriots. As offensive coordinator for GMU, Cherry does his best to teach the players the philosophy of basketball according to Dean Smith. (Winston-Salem Journal)
