Hitting her stride
In terms of family, softball and school, former Lumberton High School standout Anna Evans has everything pointed forward now in her junior year. Still working toward dental school and satisfying her responsibilities as a Morehead Scholar, Evans is the Tar Heels’ go-to leader as they enter today’s doubleheader at Campbell with a 24-9 record and a No. 25 national ranking.
