A crash at the end for UNC

UNC shot 30 three-point shots. That is not the Tar Heels' game. They had averaged around 18 per game heading into the tournament. Time and again, the Tar Heels settled for jumpers against George Mason. In fact, George Mason played Carolina basketball better than the Tar Heels did on Sunday. The Patriots pounded the ball inside throughout the second half, while UNC was content to fire from outside. (Tar Heel Daily)
