Lady Heels dominate opener

Everything went according to plan for UNC for occasional stretches on Saturday, but for the most part, the Tar Heels looked like a team trying to remember exactly where it had left its 'A' game after a two-week break. In the end, No. 1 seed UNC did more than enough to overpower No. 16 seed UC-Riverside for a 75-51 victory at Vanderbilt's Memorial Gym. (Durham Herald-Sun)
