Green came up big when Tar Heels needed him most

Danny Green has had some big games as UNC's sixth man this season, but on Friday night in his first NCAA Tournament game, the freshman may have played his best so far. The forward poured in 15 points in just 14 minutes, helping the Tar Heels to a 69-65 squeaker over an inspired Murray State team in the first round of the Washington Regional at University of Dayton Arena.
