UNC women bummed by bid


For the second straight year, UNC could end up facing a lower-seeded team in the second round on its home court. Last year, it was Arizona State in Tempe, and this year, it could be No. 8 seed Vanderbilt (20-10), which will play No. 9 seed Louisville (19-9) in the other Cleveland bracket game in Nashville. And that was just the start of it. (Durham Herald-Sun)
