Duke gets No. 1 seed to lead five North Carolina teams into NCAA


For the second straight year, Duke leads a quintet of North Carolina-based schools into the NCAA tournament. The Blue Devils earned a No. 1 seed for a record-tying 10th time to earn a coveted first-round game in nearby Greensboro. They are joined in the field of 65 teams by defending national champion North Carolina, North Carolina State, North Carolina-Wilmington and Davidson. (Charlotte Observer)
