UNC, Duke fans anxious
Posted Mar 10, 2006
Carolina fan Harry Cooke and his childhood buddy, Duke fan Chris Marlow, sat in a VIP room at the Greensboro Coliseum Thursday, kicked back and watched 12th-seeded Wake Forest beat No. 5 seed Florida State on television. The lifelong friends joke with each other about their allegiances. "If he changed his shade of blue a little bit, he'd be better," Marlow said. Cooke was glad higher-seeded Miami won so Duke would have a harder game to play today.
