Maryland fans sat behind the Terrapins bench Sunday wearing big wall clocks around their necks. They said it was Maryland's time to win the ACC championship. In the end, their clocks were off. It was UNC-Chapel Hill cutting down the nets for the second straight year, continuing the 21st-century tradition of North Carolina or Duke winning the ACC Women's Tournament.
