Dascenzo: League's top coach obvious

And the envelope please ... The winner is -- or is in my opinion -- North Carolina's Roy Williams. Win or lose Saturday night at Duke, Williams has turned in an absolutely marvelous regular-season coaching job with these Tar Heels, and I'd vote him not only ACC coach of the year but national coach of the year.
