Tar Heels run wild, demolish Cavaliers

David Noel said goodbye to the Smith Center last night by sparking North Carolina early and leading a 99-54 rout of Virginia with the biggest scoring outburst of his career. Noel, a senior forward, scored 26 points, the second time in eight days that he has scored a career high. (Winston-Salem Journal)
