UNC quarterbacks Jace Ruder, Cade Fortin, and Sam Howell showed the ability to fit the ball in tight windows, get rid of the ball quickly, and make smart decisions. “We've seen it all spring," said running back Antonio Williams. All of those guys are impressive. I think we have a good problem and that’s three guys that can be the starting quarterback."
