The Lady Tar Heels will enter next weekend in Greensboro as the league's top seed, and the regular season championship also enabled them to avoid what should be a bloodbath of a semifinal on Saturday against top-5 foe Maryland. They're headed for what should be a top national seed and will return to the nation's number-one ranking when the polls are released late Monday. (Tar Heel Blue)
