N.C. State can't top Heels' youth movement

Roy Williams wasn't laughing afterward, but he was downright giddy after his Tar Heels turned the game into a laugher. UNC (18-6, 9-4 ACC) picked up its seventh victory in the last eight games and improved to 6-1 in ACC road contests. "It was a fantastic performance for us," said Williams, whose team swept the regular-season series from N.C. State for the third consecutive year. "At times, it was our best basketball of the year."
