N.C. State and North Carolina are generating late-season surges in the ACC race and the national rankings, but one will be slowed a bit today when they play each other in Raleigh. Tipoff will be 9 p.m. at the RBC Center, where N.C. State will try to snap a five-game losing streak against UNC, which includes an 82-69 setback in Chapel Hill on Jan. 7. (Winston-Salem Journal)
