UNC football recruit Jared McAdoo charged

Defensive lineman Jared McAdoo, 17, a North Carolina football recruit from Chapel Hill High School, faces a criminal charge for allegedly selling the prescription painkiller Percocet at a graduation after-party intended to be free of alcohol and drugs. A Chapel Hill Police officer working security detail at Project Graduation confronted McAdoo, a rising high school senior, early Sunday morning, confiscating drugs, a cell phone and $64 cash.
