Cummings standout commits to Heels


North Carolina has landed its first football recruit for its class of 2007 by receiving a commitment from Dwight Jones, a 6-4, 200-pound junior at Burlington Cummings High School. Jones plays receiver and defensive back for Coach Steve Johnson. (Winston-Salem Journal)
