Hansbrough's high school coach nears 1,000 victories

There's something special about basketball in this southeast Missouri town these days. People are proud of a young man who is already turning heads in his freshman year of college, Tyler Hansbrough. They're proud of their two-time state champion high school basketball team. The proudest moment could come Saturday. Gene Bess is on the verge of becoming the first collegiate coach to reach 1,000 wins.
