Hewitt brings his young Yellow Jackets to Chapel Hill tonight to face a Tar Heels team that has exceeded preseason predictions. The Georgia Tech coach does it, perhaps, with a touch of envy. While North Carolina is 15-6 and ranked No. 23 in the latest Associated Press poll, Georgia Tech is simply shooting for a .500 record and a shot at the National Invitational Tournament.
