Raymond Felton scales rookie wall

It was Monday, and Raymond Felton was applying his simple rule to decide whether to rest his injured toe and sit out the game against Portland. "If I ain't dead, I'm playing," Felton said. And he did. He played hard, unlike a number of the Bobcats' big men. Felton led Charlotte with 16 points in a 91-83 loss to woeful Portland -- a flicker of hope in an otherwise nasty defeat.
