The North Carolina women's basketball team, 22-0 overall (9-0 ACC) and off to the best start in school history, hosts No. 6 Maryland (21-2, 8-1) Thursday night in a top-10 matchup at Carmichael Auditorium. Tipoff is 7 p.m. The Tar Heels are ranked No. 1 in both the Associated Press poll and the ESPN/USA Today coaches' poll. The Terrapins are No. 6 in both polls. (Tar Heel Blue)
