The Heels stand alone

The No. 2 Duke women's basketball team led No. 3 North Carolina by 16 points in the first half, and the sellout crowd at Cameron Indoor Stadium began to pulsate with the idea that something special was happening. They had no idea. The Tar Heels fought their way back from that 16-point deficit and soared where Tennessee had faltered, ending Duke's week as cruelly as they could -- with a 74-70 win.
