Carolina Grapplers Fall At Maryland And No. 19 Navy


An injury-depleted North Carolina wrestling squad dropped two tough duals on the road Saturday, falling at Maryland and at No. 19 Navy. The Tar Heels, who fell 24-18 to Maryland in College Park and then dropped a 41-4 match to the Midshipmen in Annapolis, are now 12-8-1 on the season, including an 0-2-1 record in Atlantic Coast Conference action.
