Erlana Larkins gives clinic, powers Lady Heels

After making all 14 of her free-throw attempts Wednesday night in North Carolina's 85-56 win over Georgia Tech, Erlana Larkins seemed completely qualified to offer tips on how to make un-guarded 15-footers. "Erlana Lar-kins' guide to making free throws" might not work for everybody. But it worked wonders for the UNC center against the Yellow Jackets.
