A Tar Heels fan since the mid-1970s, John Ellis made his first trip to the Dean Dome yesterday. Though he enjoyed Carolina's 82-69 win almost as much as the hospitality shown him over two days in town, it's a trip that he would have preferred not to make. (Winston-Salem Journal)
