Frank Cignetti reported to be Tar Heels new OC

North Carolina's next offensive coordinator has a brother on the North Carolina State football staff. Numerous reports surfacing Saturday have indicated that North Carolina will hire Fresno State offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti to fill the position left vacant by retiring Gary Tranquil.
