Heels watch coach's back in win

Roy Williams was leaning down to pick up a pair of shoes Wednesday morning when his back went out on him. Williams wasn't himself for the first half against Saint Louis. His team wasn't quite itself, either. The 23rd-ranked Heels, flat after winning Saturday at Kentucky, finally broke free of the Billikens in the final four minutes to win 75-63.
