Heels hoping freshmen grow up fast

North Carolina's first basketball game of the season is out of the way, and Coach Roy Williams must be hoping that his young team improves quickly. The Tar Heels' second game will be today against Cleveland State at the Smith Center in Chapel Hill at 9 p.m. Williams watched UNC struggle Saturday as it defeated Gardner-Webb 83-80 on a 3-pointer with two seconds left by David Noel.
