Lady Tar Heels Take The Court Thursday For First Exhibition

The 2005-06 North Carolina women's basketball team will take the court for the first time on Thursday night, hosting EA Sports Premier Players for an exhibition game. Tipoff at Carmichael Auditorium is 7 p.m. and there is no charge for admission. This year's Tar Heel squad includes four starters and a total of eight letterwinners from the 2004-05 team that won the ACC Championship and reached the NCAA Elite Eight before finishing the season 30-4.
