As things stand today, only two Tar Heels will make the MLB playoffs. and the St. Louis Cardinals currently hold the fifth seed in the National League as the second team out of the Central Division. The other player is and his Toronto Blue Jays teammates, who are currently locked into the second Wild Card in the American League. (All Tar Heels)
