Heels need return to consistency

There was at least one nugget to be mined from the rubble of Carolina's 69-14 loss at Louisville. Tailback Ronnie McGill returned and looked good. He missed the first four games with a torn muscle, which he injured during off-season weight training. McGill gave the running game a boost it so sorely needed. He has the ability to turn a loss into a 2-yard gain, and a 3-yard gain into a 6-yard gain. Coaches call it finishing the run. Offensive linemen call it relief.
