UNC Observations

North Carolina fans showed where football ranks on their list of priorities with a pathetic turnout one week after a big victory against rival N.C. State revived the Tar Heels' season. The upper and lower corners of the stadium were empty and there were empty seats throughout Kenan Stadium. Attendance was listed at 50,000; capacity is 60,000. (Charlotte Observer)
