Shared jersey numbers can cause problems


Barrington Edwards was credited with three tackles against NC State on the official postgame stat sheet and the NCAA listed linebacker Larry Edwards with rushing yards on its weekly release. Both players wear jersey No. 32. Such cases of mistaken identity have become more common across college football as the use of duplicate jersey numbers has increased. (Fayetteville Observer)
