Leader of the ’Pack has wolves at his door

The pressure is intensifying on N.C. State coach Chuck Amato and it isn’t going away. N.C. State is off this week and plays Georgia Tech on Oct. 6. “There’s a good-news, bad-news story,” Amato said Wednesday. “The good news is we are getting better. State is “so very, very, very, very close” to winning close games. Which is it? (Charlotte Observer)
