Willie Parker Gives Steelers Unexpected Success

Further proof that the college game is different than the NFL: As a senior for the Tar Heels in 2003, running back Willie Parker was deemed unworthy of starting. For the entire season, Parker gained 181 yards. After two games with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Parker leads the AFC in rushing with 272 yards. (Bremerton Sun)
