Wisconsin grinds down North Carolina, grinds out a victory

Carolina’s defense hasn’t exactly been asked to win many games over the last few seasons. The Tar Heels have finished ranked Nos. 108, 116 and 109 in the last three campaigns, respectively, leaving it up to the offense to score enough points to give them a chance at victory. But Saturday night against powerful Wisconsin, the defense more than did its part. The problem, however, was the offense mustered very little. (Wilmington Star News)
