Badgers hold off Heels in defensive struggle

North Carolina slowed down Wisconsin's high-powered attack last night but still couldn't win its first game of the season. Ahead only 7-3 in the fourth quarter, Wisconsin sealed the win by driving 67 yards in eight plays for a touchdown with 7:12 left. (Winston-Salem Journal)
