Tar Heels finally open season against Georgia Tech

The general belief among media types who cover the Atlantic Coast Conference is that North Carolina's season will be shaped by what occurs today in the season opener at Georgia Tech. Win, and the Tar Heels are propelled into the season with the confidence and momentum to match or surpass last year's 6-6 finish.
