It's been 253 days since the Tar Heels last took the football field. Thankfully it's time again, time for the rituals and cadence of the season. The senses avail themselves to the massive amounts of stimuli generated in August training camps by the game of football. There are the smells - analgesic, grass, sweat, Gatorade, Jerry Greenwood's training table in the Kenan Football Center. (Tar Heel Blue)
