When asked about the play of highly touted freshman Tyler Hansbrough, North Carolina’s David Noel and Quentin Thomas sounded like a broken record. “Tyler, he’s just a beast,” Thomas said. “Beast, he’s a beast,” Noel said. “He gets it done, man. He’s a rebounder. He goes hard every play. He runs the floor. He rebounds.”
