You could have made a good argument for it last fall. Carolina played the most difficult schedule in college football. In fact, Jeff Sagarin, the MIT math graduate who compiles power ratings for USA Today agreed, and now his pre-season ratings for 2005 again have the Tar Heels with the nation's strongest strength of schedule.
