Tar Heels' Jacoby Watkins working out again

Jacoby Watkins' world wasn't spinning Sunday afternoon. The junior cornerback, who has been sidelined with dizziness caused by vertigo, participated in individual drills for the first time since North Carolina started practicing on Aug. 12. "He did almost everything except go through the team period,'' coach John Bunting said. "He's not full go, but I think we re turning the corner with this virus."
