UNC's academics sell Bartram Trail lineman Zach Handerson

For Zach Handerson, academics are as important as football. And with a balance between the two in mind, the Bartram Trail High School offensive lineman has committed to North Carolina. "A lot of schools talked about academics, but North Carolina backed it up with what they showed me," said the 6-foot-7, 260-pound Handerson. "Not every school can do that." Handerson chose the Tar Heels over Florida, Georgia and Vanderbilt, though he had far more Division I offers than those. (Florida Times-Union)
