Friday, June 24, 2005
Ryan Taylor, a 6-4, 215-pound receiver and a rising senior at Mount Tabor, committed to North Carolina late Wednesday and became the most recent addition to Coach John Bunting's 2006 recruiting class. Taylor first decided that he wouldn't play lacrosse and turned down Virginia's offer of a scholarship in that sport. (Winston-Salem Journal)
