Havelock standout commits to Tar Heels


Bruce Carter, a football player of many talents, has decided to play for North Carolina. Carter, a 6-2, 205-pound junior at Havelock High School, committed Wednesday to become the fourth member of UNC's 2006 recruiting class. (Winston-Salem Journal)
